Dr. Darren Caffery has been administering neuropsychological tests in a group neuropsychology practice for over 15 years. He has extensive cognitive testing experience with a variety of clinical populations including those with post-concussive syndrome, ADD/ADHD, and a number of other psychiatric and neurological conditions.

Dr. Caffery has completed two consecutive clinical practicums in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Medical Center in Philadelphia PA, where he gained neuropsychological testing experience on the acute care trauma and rehabilitation units. He completed another clinical practicum at Shoreline Behavioral Health Center in Toms River NJ with rotations in geriatric and neuropsychiatric assessment and intervention. Dr. Caffery completed his predoctoral clinical internship at Pollack Mental Health Services at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch NJ with clinical rotations in psychiatric emergency screening, adult dual-diagnosis intervention, neuropsychological assessment, and adolescent substance-abuse intervention and programming.

Dr. Caffery has presented numerous original research studies involving neuropsychological tests at conferences of the American Psychological Association, the International Neuropsychological Society and the National Academy of Neuropsychology. He earned his B.A in Psychology from Richard Stockton State College, and his M.S. and Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from Drexel University in Philadelphia. Dr. Caffery is an avid sea kayaker.
